ID Request
Document (ID) request is a common procedure when it comes to money withdrawal in the Internet.
Such a request is made, in particular, in the following cases:
- if a Player contacts Support Service to restore the password while there is money on the Player account;
- if a Player contacts Support Service to increase deposit or transfer limit;
- if a Player uses MasterCard for depositing for the first time.
Required Documents:
• copy of an ID document (a passport or a driver’s license).
• copy of any utility bill ussued in a Player’s name (bank receipt, electricity, communal or telephone bill, insurance policy);
• in case of using a credit card (CC) – copies of both sides of the credit card (CC).
The documents are to be sent upon request via email as attached documents (saved in jpeg format) to our Support: support@perpetuumpoker.com
According to the requirement of the licenser (Lotteries and Gambling Authoruty - Malta) we send ID requests to any Player going to make a withdrawal of €2,000 or more. ID verification is made only once; after the verification is done, there are no further ID requirements. This statement is true for all payment methods.
Regardless of the transaction amount the ID documents may be requested in connection with any activity that may need clarification, such as using a suspicious credit card, chip dumping – mucking of the cards to let the opponent win, and suchlike.
Once the ID documents are presented, they will be checked in the shortest time possible.
